AND NOTICES
Allshores annual general meetings (AGMs) are held within six months of year-end financial announcements. Meeting notices will be sent to shareholders using the contact information on file, and public announcements will be published on the BSX.
Financial reports
In order to conserve paper, Allshores only publishes financial reports digitally.
Shareholder notices
Shareholder notices are emailed directly to shareholders from shareholder@allshores.com. If you believe you missed a notice, contact Shareholder Services.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, you are encouraged to vote by completing the proxy form circulated with the AGM notice if you can’t attend. If you did not receive a proxy form at the time of the AGM announcement, you can Contact Shareholder Services.
Yes, you can send a proxy to the AGM in your place. You are required to complete and sign the voting form, and the proxy must bring the signed form, along with a valid government issued ID, to the AGM.
