SHAREHOLDER

TRANSFERS

If you wish to transfer your shares to another person or a joint account, Allshores can facilitate transfers and registration changes of shares held in certificate form.
Contact Shareholder Services if you’re unsure how your shares are held.

How to transfer
certificated shares
Generally, to transfer or change share registration, current shareholders are required to submit a completed Share Transfer Form, proof of ownership, and photo ID. Recipients are required to co-sign the transfer form, provide compliance documents, and submit a completed Shareholder Details Form.

Requirements for certificated shares are dependent on the share registration — please contact Shareholder Services to confirm your registration and to obtain your specific forms and requirements.

Review the transferring shares guide for additional general information, including compliance documents, trusts, estates, and Powers of Attorney.

How to transfer
dematerialized shares

Dematerialized shares are held on the Bermuda Securities Depository (“BSD”), and transfers must be made through a broker from a Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) approved trading member, who will confirm the requirements.

Contact Shareholder Services to request a copy of your Allshores shareholder statement if you need proof of ownership for your shares.
