Change Healthcare Update

Information on the Change Healthcare Cyber Security Incident

Change Healthcare, our US-based health claims auditing service provider, is investigating a cyber security incident, which occurred on 21 February 2024. Change Healthcare is working with leading experts (Mandiant and Palo Alto Network), and US law enforcement to understand any impact to customers. No client data breach has been confirmed.

Effective 22 February 2024, we suspended all transactions with the vendor. Our health insurance operations, systems, claims processing and turnaround times have not been impacted.

We remain steadfast in our commitment to protect your personal and medical information. Developments are being closely monitored and we will continue to provide updates via this page.
