Thrive. Health
& Wellness Programme

What Is Thrive.?

The Argus Thrive. programme is a comprehensive health and wellness strategy that is designed to create a healthier population and improve the quality of life of our Argus Health members.

How Does It Work?

Identification of individual Argus Health member health risk profile through confidential, personalized health risk assessment.

Thrive. offers integrated lifestyle programmes, tools and resources that are designed to help your employees improve their health and well-being.

Monitor and improve programmes to maximize good health outcomes and assess the impact on health costs.

Thrive. is completely voluntary and free of charge; however we incorporate participation strategies to encourage participation and success.
