Getting the Most out of Your Health Benefits

Argus and Island Health Services Limited (IHSL): Making Health Accessible and Affordable

No Co-pay

Recognising the critical role of preventive care and chronic disease management in maintaining long-term physical health, we have eliminated the financial barrier of co-pays* at Island Health Services (IHS) and Family Practice Group (FPG) for general practitioner (GP) and specialist services, including annual physicals. This allows Argus Health members to prioritise their wellbeing without having to worry about the associated costs.

The Diabetes Rewind Programme

One of our standout initiatives is the Diabetes Rewind Programme in partnership with IHS, FPG, and the Bermuda Diabetes Association. This in-person group programme offers expert clinical guidance to help participants transform their lifestyle and habits. The success has been remarkable, with participants experiencing significant improvements in their health metrics. And the best part? It's 100% covered for Argus members, with no co-pay. Interested members can call (441) 298-0444 or email care@ihs.bm for an initial consultation.

Complimentary and alternative services such as massage therapy, reflexology, acupuncture, and even naturopathic medicine are available to our members, provided they are from approved providers and meet necessary clinical oversight requirements.

Complimentary and alternative therapies like massage can reduce stress, anxiety, and pain, while art and play therapies can enhance emotional well-being and resilience.
